CCR class
This class will take you through the steps of getting registered in the Central Contracting Registration. We will identify your companies' SIC and NAICS codes; Where to find the FSC and PSC codes; Get you started with the application for the DUNS no.; Take you through the CCR registration process and how to set up your companies' profile in the SBA supplemental pages to the CCR. 2-3 hour class.
GSA Information Session
A representative from the US General Services Administration will come to the Crater PTAC to lecture about GSA. Topics covered: What are GSA Schedules?;Who is eligible to use GSA Schedule contracts?; How to locate the correct GSA schedule; How to become a GSA Schedule contractor. 3 hour class.

A representative from the US General Services Administration will come to the Crater PTAC to lecture about the GSA solicitation process. Topics covered: Basic overview of a GSA solicitation and pointers on writing your proposal. 3 hour class.
How to respond to a RFPs/Bids and Quick Quotes from eVA
Once you're registered in eVA (Electronic Virginia), learn how to locate BIDS/RFPs, how to download and review BIDS/RFPs and Quick Quotes, how to respond to BIDS/RFPs and Quick Quotes, understanding the award of a Quick Quote, how to review who was awarded a Quick Quote, and learn how to target your market. 3 hour class.
Match Making event
Meet with Federal and State Agencies One on One to market your business. Or meet with Prime Contractors who are looking for subcontractors, One on One. In order to ensure that small, minority-and woman 0wned businesses get their fair share of federal procurement dollars, the federal agencies as well as Prime Contractors have contracting goals, i.e. Small Business 23%, Woman Owned Business 5%, Service Disabled Vet Business 3%, 8(a)/SDB Business 5%, Hubzone Business 3%. Appointments are 15 minutes long.
One-on-One Sessions
These are 1 hour One on One appointments to help individuals with their eVA registration, SWAM certification, How to market your business to State Agencies, How to respond to RFQs and quick quotes, How to use the eVA website to find business opportunities. These are 1 hour appointments.
RAPIDGate Vendor Forum
Representatives of the RAPIDGate Program will present an overview of the RAPIDGate Program and Ft. Lee representatives will be available to answer questions about installation access control procedures. This Forum is essential for businesse, who routinely access the installation for business. 2 hour forum.
