September 21 @ 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
SBIR/STTR Proposal Prep Workshop for NSF and DOD September 21, 2017 -- Norfolk, VA – 8:30AM-4:30PM
This full day workshop presents an overview of the SBIR/STTR programs at all 11 agencies, then focuses on specifics for applying to the Dept. Of Defense and National Science Foundation SBIR/STTR programs. Each year, the DOD has over $1.3B available through SBIR/STTR, and the NSF has over $160M available. These programs fund early stage, high risk research on projects that have a high potential to make a big impact. The next deadline for DOD SBIR/STTR is in October, and the next NSF SBIR and STTR solicitations will be due in December, 2017.
Learn how to plan, engage with the agencies, and begin to write a compelling and compliant proposal.
Event will be taught by BBC ETC, one of the leading SBIR consulting firms in the US.
