If you have a product or service to sell to city, state, or federal government customers, at some point, you will have to write proposals. This is the final session in a three part series on writing proposals for government contracts.
In this session, you will learn how to develop a strategy for winning proposals through SWOT
analysis, the capture process, and development of compliant proposal content plans.
The presenter is Ms. Linda Cramer, the President and Owner of Q10 Government Contracting, a
full-service proposal development center located in Norfolk.
